This broke my 4 year weight freeze!

I played Lacrosse in College and had a personal trainer with daily training sessions and lots! of running. No matter what I did my weight would never change! At 22 years old, I reached a peak weight of 198lbs at 5’4″. The day I saw that number on the scale, I promised myself I would never hit 200lbs.For the first year, I was dieting and doing the typical stuff, trying to cut calories and exercise…but for some reason I kept failing.
